US Shipping & Tariff Information

US Buyers – Shipping to the States has resumed!

We sincerely apologise for the extended delay but are now able to ship, however we do not have HS codes input for all our items just yet - please contact us so we can input that information to enable checkout.

Please note that all applicable tariffs and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Tariffs and import fees will be collected at checkout and remitted on your behalf via Zonos Prepay.

We are also pleased to announce that we are able to ship small parcels weighing under 2kgs via ePacket Light, or SAL Sea Mail for larger heavier items.  EMS Express is also available.
