This listing is for a small porcelain case for holding a hanko.  A hanko is a carved stamp which acts a personal seal.  They are used for stamping documents and take the place of a handwritten signature.  The case in this listing is made of porcelain and decorated with overglaze depictions of sakura blossoms.  This piece may also be used as a kogo, especially for holding kneaded incense.  The signature of the kiln can be found on the bottom.
