This listing is for a circular wall hanging made around 60 years ago.  It is made of wood and the front is decorated with three red crowned cranes.  Both back and front are coated in lacquer to protect the wood, and it has a string looped across the back allowing it to be hung on the wall.  This piece is ideally suited to gracing the walls of a tea room, however it would make a beautiful display item for a living room as well.

Condition

Overall it’s in good condition aside from scratches, scuffing and shallow dents (they don’t detract from the piece at all), and some mild lacquer loss (with patches of red visible underneath).
