 This listing is for a vintage zori sandal with matching purse set made around 20 years ago.  This particular type of zori is meant to be worn with kimono.  Both the sandals and purse are covered in ‘yamabuki gold’ coloured silk, and feature a kiku chrysanthemum pattern.  The interior of the purse is lined with white/off-white coloured fabric. The traditional way to wear zori is to choose sandals that are approximately 2cms shorter than your foot.  Also zori are intentionally narrow, so your pinkie toe will most likely protrude from the side.  Also please note that zori are a tighter fit compared to normal sandals.

Purse:  11.5cm (4.5”) from top to bottom x 22cm (8.6”) across x 3cm (1.1”) thick

Condition

Both items are in very good condition aside from some minor scratches on the purse, and some minor rust marks on the bottom of the sandals.
